Thanks so much for your response (too brief) on the idiotic former Peanut Farmer who happened to become my President 30 years ago.
Carter has always had a soft spot for anti American/anti Israel dictators.
By the way I actually was aware based on a documentary "Lloyd George's War" about the former Prime Ministers visit to Nazi Germany in 1936 where Adolf Hitler praised George's World War I leadership as being more decisive then the British military leadership was. Actually Hitler was right. Lloyd George was a very good Prime Minister during World War I.
(Thankfully) ex-President Carter has managed to accomplish something I thought impossible: being a worse president than James Buchanan, the man who dumped the Civil War in Lincoln's lap and widely regarded as the worst ever.
I'm really beginning to wonder if Jimmy is growing senile.
I've posted recently on this myself. The man is completely out of order.
