Not in the least bit anti-Israel
Here's a good Alan Dershowitz piece on how Human Rights Watch and AI redefine 'war crime' so it comes to mean 'anything Israel does'.

During the conflict the Biased BBC blog highlighted a claim by Jeremy Bowen that "if Israel can't prove that bombing the bridges in Lebanon was justified then it's a war crime.". At the time I wrote on my own blog that just as Clement Attlee gave as a definition of Socialism "what a Labour government does" the BBC now defines war crimes as "What Israel does.".
If "War Crimes" include things like bombing a road then there is little reason to be ashamed of being a war criminal. It is as if murder was redefined to include stepping on the cracks in the pavement.
