Here's some great news: my friend (and, yes, the bloke wot commissions me to scribble) Daniel Finkelstein has a spanking new, all singing, all dancing blog.
A lot of print journalists announce a new blog, get very excited, and then don't post for days, sometimes weeks, on end. Daniel won't be like that. For one thing, as he explains himself, he's understood and read blogs since long before many bloggers even cottoned on to them. So he gets it. And he's very keen to see his blog thrive. So do have a read, and keep him busy by leaving comments.

I have indeed just left a comment. A slightly dismayed one actually.
I’ve spent the weekend working up a proposal for Danny and Robbie that the Times ought to have a "Wot the Blogs Say" regular feature. Written by me, of course.
Gaaah!

Given that also means he must on occasion breathe the same air as Matthew Parris, I consider him a very unfortunate man.
He mentions people like Norm Geras and Tim Worstall in his posts, but he doesn't link to their blogs. Why not?
